2. Scope of application

2.1 The purpose of this Legal Notice is to regulate the access, browsing and use of the content offered by COREST FITNESS through the COREST FITNESS website (the “Portal”). However, COREST FITNESS reserves the right to establish specific conditions that may regulate the use and/or contracting of specific services offered to users through the Portal. This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law. This Legal Notice shall not be filed individually for each User but shall remain accessible via the Internet on this Portal. Likewise, without prejudice to the rules of territorial jurisdiction of an imperative nature that may be applicable, for the interpretation or execution of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, COREST FITNESS and the User submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lanzarote, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
